Companionship

At the heart of SoulSeen is genuine connection.

This may look like:

  • Sitting together in quiet, comfortable presence
  • Bringing lighthearted energy, laughter, and emotional connection

Personalized Activities

  • Going on walks or spending time outdoors

Full-Service Moving & Design Support

Moving is more than transporting boxes. It often means sorting through a lifetime of belongings, making difficult decisions, and setting up a new space that still feels like home.


SoulSeen offers hands-on move support to help seniors and families navigate this transition with less stress and more ease. I work alongside a trusted local moving company, Dude with a Van, who offers competitive rates for the physical move, furniture breakdown and setup, and dump runs when needed. After the move, I can also help arrange and style the new space so it feels comfortable, functional, and personal.

Full-Service Move Support

$65/hour

This tier is perfect for families who want a trusted point person during a move, offering steady, compassionate support through every step of the transition.

  • Sort belongings and decide what to keep, donate, sell, or discard.
  • Pack and label items for the move.
  • Personally handle donation drop-offs for most items (drive time included).
  • For very large furniture items, these are handled by Dude with a Van.
  • Work with the moving team to coordinate what goes where.
  • Unpack boxes and help settle items into the new space.
  • Organize the home so it feels functional and comfortable.
  • Ideal for clients who want hands-on support through the entire moving process.
  • Physical moving and transport are arranged separately through an independent moving company with project-based pricing.


Move-In Setup Support

$40/hour

This is great for those who've already had family or movers physically transport items into the space, but need extra help getting set up.

  • Unpack boxes and organize items in the new space.
  • Help set up essentials so the space feels comfortable and functional.
  • Sorting and donating items can also be done at this rate.
  • I personally handle donation drop-offs for most items (drive time included).
  • For very large furniture items, these are handled by Dude with a Van.
  • Physical moving and transport are not included.


Interior Design & Styling Support

+$20/hour (available with either move support tier)

With my diploma from the Interior Design Institute, I bring a unique combination of skills to SoulSeen by blending my passion for design with my desire to support seniors and their families. This allows me to help seniors make their new space feel like home.

  • Assess everything the client already owns and the goals for the space.
  • Identify their design style and create a tailored vision.
  • Create a vision board for approval.
  • Curate a product list of items to purchase to achieve the look.
  • Run the product list by the client for approval.
  • Actively help style and arrange items to achieve the desired look.
  • Turn the space into a personalized, functional home.

Everyday Support

A helping hand with the small things that can make a big difference.

This may include:

  • Coordinating errands or to-do lists
  • Assisting with online orders or scheduling
  • Helping arrange rides or services
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
  • General support that helps daily life feel easier

Home Harmony

Support with everyday home tasks that help life feel more organized, comfortable, and easy to manage.


This may include:

  • Light tidying, organizing, and resetting living spaces
  • Laundry help
  • Organizing mail and paperwork
  • Grocery list planning, shopping, and pantry restocking
  • Meal prep support
  • Picking up or dropping off items like prescriptions, dry cleaning, packages, returns, or donations
  • Seasonal touches like holiday decorating or bringing in fresh flowers
  • Scheduling appointments and helping coordinate day-to-day tasks
  • Being present while home service providers are working (plumbing, cable, repairs, etc.)


This is not deep cleaning or home maintenance, it’s practical, everyday support that helps things feel more orderly and less overwhelming.

Pricing

One-Time Visits

$40/hour

For occasional or as-needed visits.

Minimum: 2 hours per visit

  • Ideal for project-based visits, appointment accompaniment, or temporary help.


Weekly Visit Plan

$35/hour

For clients booking 4 to 7 hours per week on a recurring schedule.

Minimum commitment: 4 hours weekly

  • Ideal for one or two regular visits each week.


Consistent Visit Plan

$32/hour

For clients booking 8+ hours per week on a recurring schedule.

Minimum commitment: 8 hours weekly

  • Ideal for multiple visits each week and families wanting dependable ongoing companionship.

Travel & Service Area

  • SoulSeen is based in Camas, WA and serves clients within a 20-mile radius, including Vancouver, Camas, and Washougal.
  • For locations outside the 20-mile service area, a $10–$20 travel fee may apply depending on distance.

Errands & Everyday Support

  • All errands and support tasks are billed at the standard hourly rate.
  • Multiple stops are included in your visit time, you are only charged for the time spent, not the number of errands.

Transportation Policy

I do not provide transportation in my personal vehicle.

However, I can absolutely:

  • Use my vehicle for errands and moving projects
  • Help arrange and accompany rides through Uber, Lyft, or similar services

This approach allows me to keep services more affordable by only arranging rides when needed, instead of including those added costs in my hourly rate.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that schedules and needs can change, and I always do my best to be flexible. Because each visit is reserved just for you, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.


Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% charge, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full visit amount. I approach unexpected situations with understanding, and the first one or two late cancellations will be handled with flexibility. After that, the policy will be consistently applied.


If your loved one isn’t up for a full visit, I completely understand. However, the full visit amount will still apply. We can always adjust to shorter visits moving forward while honoring the 2-hour minimum.
